PROJECT PAPER · V1 PRE-LAUNCH

The facts stayed awake.

A plain language account of the identity, public launch model, official wallet policy and operating principles.

DOCUMENT TOOLS

1. Purpose of this document

This project paper explains the current PROMPOSSUM identity, Failure Lab, planned public launch model, supply facts, official wallet policy, communication standards and roadmap direction.

It gathers the current public facts in one place. Live launch status, contract publication, the official launchpad and explorer links appear on the Launch, Official Links and Transparency pages. The planned public launch window is Q3 2026.

2. Identity and positioning

PROMPOSSUM is a community first crypto project with a meme driven identity built around an exhausted AI possum. The creative idea is “failing upward”: acknowledging the ordinary chaos of internet culture without pretending every mistake is a master plan.

The project uses humor to make the character memorable. It uses precise written pages to make material project information understandable. The distinction matters. Jokes may be ambiguous; launch facts, official links, wallet rules and safety warnings should not be.

The community is called The Burrow. “Community first” describes the project’s cultural direction and commitment to public participation. It does not by itself mean community ownership, formal governance, decentralization or a legal right to direct the project.

3. The Failure Lab

Failure Lab is a research initiative built by PROMPOSSUM to study trading systems, market intelligence, research workflows and careful automation. It also investigates AI-assisted website failures such as broken links, layout regressions, incorrect generated copy and workflows that follow an instruction while missing the human goal. It documents the tired process of testing, breaking, rebuilding and learning in public.

Robinhood Chain is the first public research focus for Failure Lab. Research into other networks may follow later. Public notes share selected findings; proprietary methods, unfinished work and sensitive implementation details stay behind the black bars.

4. Planned public launch model

The configured launchpad is Pons V2 on Robinhood Chain. The total supply is 1,000,000,000 $PROMPOSS. The full supply begins through that public launchpad.

There is:

  • no presale;
  • no private sale;
  • no whitelist or VIP access;
  • no preallocated team supply;
  • no preallocated treasury supply;
  • no tokens preallocated to the Community Rewards wallet;
  • no official secret head start.

The principle is simple: participation starts through the public launchpad. Current verified launch details must be checked on the Official Links and Transparency pages and checked against the exact official X and Telegram channels.

The project records Q3 2026 as its public launch window. An exact launch time is not invented or implied by a countdown.

5. Public origin is not an allocation chart

The supply has 100% public origin and 0% preallocation. This means official project wallets are not handed reserved tokens before launch. It does not mean that every token will remain evenly distributed after public trading begins.

The four official wallet addresses are already published on the Transparency page. After launch, the three capped wallets may buy only through the same public market available to everyone else. Purchases are gradual and transparent, with no fixed schedule. Volume, liquidity, market conditions and actual project needs are considered before any purchase. The separate Dev / Creator wallet has no purchase cap, but any $PROMPOSS purchase is limited to an approved airdrop or marketing distribution. It also pays for launch, enhanced token information and approved DEX profile costs. After launch, it may send operating funds to the three capped wallets so they can make gradual public market purchases; transfers and purchases remain publicly verifiable onchain.

The three capped wallets may also sell when needed. Selling is handled gradually, transparently and responsibly, with liquidity, market conditions and a legitimate project purpose considered. Creator fee revenue is governed separately as described below.

PROMPOSSUM therefore does not use a conventional token allocation pie chart. Such a chart would incorrectly suggest that parts of the supply are reserved for official wallets. The accurate hierarchy is 100% public origin, 0% preallocated, followed separately by maximum holding caps that apply only after public market purchases.

6. Maximum official wallet holding caps

The current absolute maximum holdings are:

  • founding team wallet: 4% of total supply;
  • project treasury wallet: 8% of total supply;
  • Community Rewards wallet: 4% of total supply;
  • the three capped project wallets combined: 16% of total supply.

The separate dev / creator wallet is publicly disclosed and monitored, but it is outside that 16% combined cap.

These percentages are hard maximums, not allocations, reserves or purchasing targets. PROMPOSSUM does not intend to acquire the full 16%. A wallet can hold less or nothing, and the combined holdings may remain far below 16% indefinitely. The combined cap does not allow any individual wallet to exceed its own limit.

Each wallet has a defined purpose:

  • the founding team wallet supports long term team holding and has no acquisition target;
  • the Project Treasury supports PROMPOSSUM development, Failure Lab development, infrastructure, operations and project expenses;
  • the Community Rewards wallet supports creator rewards, Burrow Challenges, Burrow Bounties, community campaigns and verified community initiatives. Its 4% cap is not a 4% reward allocation;
  • the separate Dev / Creator wallet pays launch, enhanced token information and approved DEX profile costs. Any $PROMPOSS purchase is limited to an approved airdrop or marketing distribution. After launch, it may also fund the three capped wallets for gradual public market purchases and remains outside the 16% combined cap.

If creator fees become available, verified receipts will be recorded in the Dev / Creator wallet. Fee assets and mechanics are not assumed before verification. The Wallet Monitor displays only $PROMPOSS holdings, not other assets. Failure Lab development is funded through the Project Treasury and does not require a share of Dev / Creator wallet fees.

There is no automatic buyback. Through a transparent public process, the community decides whether creator fee revenue results in no buyback, a partial buyback or another approved amount. PROMPOSSUM executes the approved action, and the result is published as an onchain record. The community does not control the Dev / Creator wallet keys.

7. Launch safeguards

Before launch, the website does not display a contract address, trading link, live prices or countdown. The chart interface remains empty until verified market data is available. A verified contract and the matching public destinations must be available before any trading action link can appear.

The public launchpad link activates only after the network, contract and official destinations have been checked together. Missing or inconsistent launch information keeps those links unavailable.

Launch review includes independent address verification, desktop and mobile checks, cache checks and consistent publication through the official website, X and Telegram.

8. Transparency and verification

The Transparency page publishes the four official public wallet addresses. Before launch, token balances remain unconfirmed because no verified token contract exists. Once the verified contract is configured, the same page becomes the structured location for live balances, the contract, relevant public transactions and clearly dated disclosures.

Visitors should never rely on a direct message, search result, reply account or copied screenshot to identify a contract. Administrators do not initiate private messages. Access to the official Telegram community is free. No administrator needs a seed phrase, private key, password or transfer of funds.

Transparency is a communication discipline, not a guarantee of safety. Public blockchains can still be complex, links can be imitated and disclosed wallets can interact with unknown third parties. Users remain responsible for independent verification.

9. Roadmap direction

The roadmap uses clear phase and status labels. The current phases cover project identity, website and safety foundations, the planned public launch and continued communication, content, security and operations.

Website access and community access are not gated by follower counts. Official updates and public launch information are published through the website and official channels.

Submitting a new Community Creation requires a verified X account for creator credit. Following @PROMPOSSUM or @Rookmakes is optional and is not checked. Creative intake is separate from reward rounds and does not require an open campaign. Sharing permission is collected in the form; publishing selected work is a separate approval step. Signing in or following does not create a reward.

The roadmap is organized by phases covering the public launch, communication, content, security and ongoing operations.

10. Community and rewards

Community and Rewards offers two public participation routes. Community Creations covers original memes, artwork, video, GIFs, edits and other cultural work. Burrow Bounties cover useful contributions such as bug reports, usability feedback, research, documentation, translations, testing and responsible security reports.

Creative submissions are reviewed before publication and may be selected for the Burrow Archive, Burrow TV, an Official X feature or a public campaign vote. Bounty submissions are reviewed against the requirements of a published bounty and do not normally require a public vote.

Burrow TV is the creator exposure and community showcase layer on TikTok. Selected creations may be featured there with creator credit, while official public voting remains exclusively on Official X. TikTok views, likes and comments do not count as official votes.

Submitting a creation or bounty does not automatically earn a reward. Any campaign or bounty reward is disclosed before participation closes. Completed creator and bounty rewards are recorded in the public Reward Register with their reason, source wallet and onchain transaction.

Creators retain ownership of their original work. A submission provides only the limited display permission needed to review and feature selected work with creator credit. Potential security issues should be reported privately to [email protected], even when no bounty is open. Do not exploit or publicly disclose sensitive issues before review.

PROMPOSSUM’s visual identity is centered on the canonical sleepy possum artwork. Future public assets should preserve the recognizable character rather than producing unrelated mascot identities or generic crypto imagery.

11. Official answers

The FAQ answers common questions about the project, public launchpad, official wallets and creative submissions. Each answer points to the relevant written page.

For a detail that is not covered, use the contact address on Official Links. Launch-sensitive information is published through the website and official channels, not inferred from an automated answer.

12. Security and privacy

The website has no wallet connection, transaction signing flow, token approval flow, public admin panel or invasive analytics. It runs on Cloudflare infrastructure and does not use a home computer or private network as its public origin.

Security measures protect requests, limit what the browser can load and keep secrets, private paths and development files out of the public release. Official links are restricted to approved destinations.

Security reports can be sent privately to [email protected] with the subject “Security report”. Include the affected URL and safe reproduction steps, never credentials or other people’s private data. Reporting does not require an open bounty.

13. Public information updates

This document is updated when public facts change. Material launch information is checked before it is published through the website and official channels.

The project paper does not contain price or return projections. If information differs between pages, visitors should use the current Official Links and Transparency pages before acting.

He definitely slept through this document. The facts still had to stay awake.
