If those wallets sell, activity is handled gradually, transparently and responsibly for a legitimate project purpose. The separate Dev / Creator wallet has no purchase cap, but any $PROMPOSS purchase is limited to an approved airdrop or marketing distribution. Launch, enhanced token information and approved DEX profile costs are paid from the official Dev Wallet and remain publicly verifiable onchain. After launch, the Dev / Creator wallet may send operating funds to the three capped wallets so they can make gradual public market purchases; those transfers and purchases remain publicly verifiable onchain. If creator fees become available, verified receipts will be recorded in the Dev / Creator wallet. Fee assets and mechanics are not assumed before verification.

Maximum holdings are 4% for the founding team wallet, 8% for the treasury wallet and 4% for the Community Rewards wallet, with a 16% combined maximum across those three capped project wallets. PROMPOSSUM does not intend to acquire the full 16%, and the wallets may remain far below their limits indefinitely. The separate dev/creator wallet remains visible, has no purchase cap, is not part of that combined cap, and may acquire $PROMPOSS only for an approved airdrop or marketing distribution. Caps are limits, not allocations or purchase targets.

If creator fees become available, verified receipts will be recorded in the Dev / Creator wallet. Fee assets and mechanics are not assumed before verification. There is no automatic buyback. Through a transparent public process, the community decides between no buyback, partial buyback, another approved amount. PROMPOSSUM executes the approved action and the result is publicly verifiable onchain. Failure Lab development is funded through the Project Treasury.
