This website provides public information about the PROMPOSSUM project. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice; an offer or solicitation; or a promise that a token launch, roadmap item, service or financial outcome will occur.

These terms are a drafting framework and require qualified legal review, the final operator identity and governing law before production token launch. Project contact: [email protected].

No reliance or guarantee

Project information is prepared with care but can be incomplete, delayed or changed. The planned Q3 2026 launch window is not a guaranteed date. Roadmap items are current direction, not contractual obligations. AI generated or deterministic chat answers are subordinate to the written pages and must not be used as a substitute for independent verification.

The website and its content are provided without a guarantee of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, security, token value, liquidity or future development, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

User responsibility

You are responsible for checking whether your access and any token activity is lawful in your jurisdiction, understanding your responsibilities, securing your devices and wallets and verifying every address and link through official sources. Never share a seed phrase or private key. PROMPOSSUM administrators do not initiate direct messages and do not require private transfers.

Do not misuse the website, attempt to bypass security or rate controls, send malicious code, interfere with other visitors, scrape the service in a way that impairs it or falsely present an unofficial account, address or asset as official.

No wallet service

Version 1 of the website does not connect wallets, sign transactions, approve tokens, custody assets or execute trades. External launchpads, explorers, wallets and blockchains are separate services. The website cannot reverse a blockchain transaction or recover lost credentials or funds.

Official links and third parties

Only links shown on the Official Links page are approved project channels. External services such as X, Telegram, the Pons V2 launchpad, the Robinhood Chain explorer and Cloudflare operate under their own terms and can change or fail independently. A link does not mean PROMPOSSUM controls or guarantees the third party.

Intellectual property and community content

Community Creations require X sign-in to verify creator credit. Following @PROMPOSSUM, @Rookmakes or any other account is optional and is not required to submit a creation. Signing in does not submit work or grant permission to publish it.

Project names, original copy and canonical brand artwork may be protected by applicable rights. No license to impersonate official channels, create misleading token addresses or imply endorsement is granted.

Creators keep ownership of their original submissions. Through the permissions accepted in the submission form, a creator grants PROMPOSSUM limited permission to review the work and display selected work with creator credit on the website and official X, Telegram and TikTok / BURROW TV channels. Creative intake is separate from reward campaigns; following an account is optional. The submitter must have the right to share the work. Submission does not guarantee publication, reach, engagement, finalist status, voting eligibility or a reward, and it does not create employment, partnership, project ownership or governance rights.

Burrow Bounty contributions are reviewed against the requirements of the published bounty. A submission does not automatically earn a reward. Any offered reward must be stated before participation closes and is subject to verification. Potential security issues must be reported through the private route identified by an open Security Reporting bounty and must not be exploited or publicly disclosed before review.

Changes and availability

The operator may update, pause or discontinue pages or features for security, legal, operational or project reasons. Material launch information should be dated and communicated through official channels. Continued use after an update may be treated as acceptance only where applicable law allows and the final reviewed terms clearly state the process.

Liability framework

Digital assets and internet services involve changing conditions. Any limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute process, governing law and eligibility restriction must be completed by qualified counsel for the final operator and target jurisdictions. No placeholder clause should be treated as an enforceable conclusion.
